1. Who these terms apply to
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Business Logo Overlay by PinFirst ("PinFirst", "the App", "the Service"), operated by Zoobu Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using PinFirst, you agree to these Terms.
2. What PinFirst does
PinFirst is a Zoom App that allows users to overlay a logo image on their Zoom video feed during meetings. The App operates within the Zoom platform and is subject to Zoom's own terms and developer policies.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. If you are installing PinFirst for a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
4. Subscription and payment
PinFirst is offered on a subscription basis at $200 per year per company account. Billing is handled by Zoom through the Zoom App Marketplace. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Zoom's billing terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to Zoom's refund policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use PinFirst only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use PinFirst to display logos or images you do not have the rights to use
- Use PinFirst to display offensive, misleading, or illegal content
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the App
- Use PinFirst in any way that violates Zoom's Terms of Service
- Share your subscription credentials to circumvent per-account licensing
6. Intellectual property
PinFirst and all associated software, design, and branding are owned by Access Experiences Ltd. You retain all rights to your own logo and images. By using PinFirst, you do not acquire any ownership rights in the App itself.
7. Your logo and content
You are solely responsible for any logo or image you upload and display using PinFirst. You warrant that you have the legal right to use any content you display through the App. We accept no liability for any claims arising from content you display.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep PinFirst available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. PinFirst operates within the Zoom platform and may be affected by changes to Zoom's APIs or policies outside our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App with reasonable notice.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
PinFirst is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoobu Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PinFirst, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Zoom App Marketplace. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use PinFirst ceases immediately.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Zoom App Marketplace or email. Continued use of PinFirst after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
